- Promote best practice across all paid channels in the agency
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion
- Managing a team of paid managers, directors and executives leading the execution of media campaigns to achieve client business goals
- Client satisfaction, retention and growth.
- Managing suppliers and auditing, considering bid management platforms and analytics platforms.
- Participating at networking events and speaking opportunities, facilitating new business opportunities and innovation.
- Keeping abreast of industry standards, new technologies and the latest approaches in digital marketing.
- You're passionate about biddable media and have experience of leading high performing team.
- A good technical understanding of paid media platforms and measurement methodologies
- You are resilient and can approach problems with a positive and solutions orientated mindset.
- Experience of influencing cross-functional teams, stakeholders and leadership.
- You are able to prioritise and manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
- You have a clear understanding of channel disciplines and how they impact each other.
