Leading a small social media team, and marketing automation operation.
- Be the point of call for proving the returns on digital marketing activities.
- Help push their marketing approach to the front line of digital practice, utilising your own experience to help them achieve this.
- Improving current digital marketing techniques and trends and supporting the team in delivery of improvement and growth.
- A solid knowledge of SEO practice and the practicalities of delivering on it.
- A good understanding of content led marketing and scheduled delivery.
- A strong attention to detail and analytical skillset with experience of delivering insights from social media, web, CRM and other marketing related data.
- A good understanding of online conversion including customer journeys and persona mapping.
- Experience of working within an agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of working with stakeholders at all levels.
